White Willow Tea

Hot compresses will help increase blood flow to the affected area and reduce stiffness in the muscles. (Remember, hot compresses shouldn’t use for the first 48-hours after an injury).

Cold compresses can help to numb an area. This will reduce swelling and discomfort.

Use of hot or cold packs on the affected area reduces inflammation and relaxes muscles. It increases the likelihood of the pain being reduced.

You can use a warming pad, or any other type of compress that works with a heat. Cold compresses can be made from ice pack bags, frozen vegetables or bags of ice.

Wrap a blanket around the compress to ensure it does not touch your skin.

Turmeric

This product is pack with health benefits. It can help relieve nerve pain. Spice can help relieve pain due to its anti-inflammatory qualities.

To include turmeric in your daily diet, add 1-2 teaspoons to warm milk.

Mixture should consume warm. You will see results if you repeat this process every week for about a week.
